The West Columbia Riverwalk at dawn is peaceful. From the iconic Gervais Street Bridge to the Blossom Street Bridge, the lights reflect off of the water setting a surreal atmosphere. There is the gurgling of the flowing Congaree River beside the trail. The river is the color of green in daylight, has a gray and silver tint to it as it awaits the rising of the sun.
