Lexington Medical Center listed among the best by U.S. News & World Report
Lexington Medical Center has been recognized as the top hospital in the Midlands. It is also ranked No. 5 among all South Carolina hospitals, according to U.S. News & World Report.

Nikki Setzler Tweeted after the designation was announced. “They continue to provide exceptional care to our community and save lives every day. Thanks to their incredible staff and leadership for all they do.”
Lexington Medical Center was the only hospital in the area named as one of South Carolina’s best.
Lexington Medical Center was rated “high performing” in nine areas by U.S. News and World Report.
The top-ranked hospital in South Carolina is Charleston’s Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, according to the ranking
The No. 2 hospital in the state was Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in Greenville. Next was McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence and Spartanburg Medical Center. Those two were tied for third.
