Roosevelt Erik Garway Jr., 19, was arrested, Thursday, according to the Lexington Police Department. He was transported to the Lexington County Detention Center. His bond was set at $23,000.

Garway has been charged in connection to a shooting incident that occurred June 29, on on Coventry Lakes Drive in Lexington’s Mallard Lakes neighborhood.

Garway is being charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, discharging a firearm at an occupied dwelling, and criminal conspiracy. 

Patrick Riley Prewitt, 19, has also been arrested in connection to the incident. He was charged with criminal conspiracy.
