D’s Wings has opened its West Columbia location in West Columbia, Wednesday. It’s at 415 Meeting Street, behind the buildings of State Street, beside the Interactive Art Park and Artisan Market. Customers were in the new building at lunch, Wednesday.

D’s owners announced a move from Parkland Plaza in Cayce in late 2020. That building issued a final call on May 15. The very popular restaurant is now housed in a remodeled- and expanded historical building in a vibrant center of hospitality venues. Savage Craft Ale Works is close and WECO Biergarten and Chayz Lounge are not far on Meeting Street.
