Gray Collegiate Academy’s Legaci Ellis and Connor Pullie to play soccer in college
Gray Collegiate Academy’s Legaci Ellis and Connor Pullie will play soccer at the next level.
Legaci has been a member of Gray’s varsity squad for three years after transferring from Dreher HS. She tallied more than 700 minutes in goal this year and assisted Gray’s girls team in winning the region championship with an undefeated record. She will attend NCAA Division 2 Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. this fall to play for the Tars.
Pullie is a transfer student from River Bluff HS who joined Gray last year during the school’s COVID interrupted season. Connor is a physically strong player and manned Gray’s holding midfielder position this year. He helped Gray go undefeated in the region and claim a region title. The team advanced to the Upper State Championship match. He’s been an integral part of the Lexington Soccer Academy club teams over the years. He will be a part of the inaugural Columbia College Men’s Soccer team which is a member of the NAIA.
