Elena Moore died of natural causes, according to the Lexington County Corner’s Office. She found dead in June, after being reported missing.

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher announced the results of Moore’s autopsy during a press conference on Friday. She said Moore’s cause of death was linked to previously diagnosed heart conditions, including an irregular heartbeat.
An autopsy found no signs of traumatic injuries or physical trauma, Fisher said.
A pathologist at the Medical University of South Carolina, who specializes in cardiovascular health, conducted the autopsy.
Details about Moore’s history that were provided with permission from her family, were released. In addition to the irregular heartbeat, Moore was said to have behavioral issues and problems with alcohol dating back to her teenage years.
