The City of Cayce is pleased to announce Sarah Hawkins as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 12 years of experience in local government finance to the role.

As Chief Financial Officer, Hawkins provides strategic leadership for the city’s financial operations, including budgeting, long-term financial planning, treasury management, procurement and fiscal policy. She works closely with city leadership and elected officials to ensure the city’s financial resources are managed responsibly and effectively in support of the community.

Throughout her career, Hawkins has demonstrated a commitment to sound financial stewardship, operational excellence and transparent government. Her collaborative leadership approach helps strengthen the city’s financial operations while supporting the
delivery of high-quality public services for Cayce residents and businesses. “Sarah’s experience and dedication to fiscal responsibility make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” said City Manager Mike Conley. “Her expertise will help
