While Irmo Fire units were still dealing with the structure fire on Bush River Road, units from Lexington County Fire services responded to a vehicle accident on St. Andrew’s Road at Murraywood Drive.

Two vehicles collided in the intersection. One overturned, trapping the injured driver inside. Crews quickly removed the roof from the vehicle and removed the driver. Injuries were moderate but not life threatening.

Two lanes of St Andrew’s were blocked, expect delays in the area.
