The City of West Columbia is considering amendments to its existing rental housing regulations and zoning ordinances related to long-term and short-term residential rental units. While the City currently maintains rental registration requirements and related rental housing regulations, the proposed amendments are intended to update and expand operational standards, enforcement mechanisms, and zoning regulations applicable to rental properties operating within the city.
