All inbound lanes of South Lake Drive (SC-6) at I-20, in Lexington were closed, around midnight Sunday due to a collision. Lexington County Police asked driver to seek an alternate route into the Town of Lexington, SC away from SC-6 until the road reopened.

The crash happened at the end of a vehicle pursuit involving the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. All lanes were reopened around 1 a.m. Monday.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
