
Woman, age 22, stabbed in Lexington County and dies from wounds, investigation underway
Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has released the identity of a woman who was stabbed during
an altercation at a residence in the 100 block of Marshall Road in the Gaston area of Lexington County
on Friday, at approximately 3:20 a.m.
Fisher states that Ms. Gabrielle Marie Cribb, 22, of Lexington, was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead due to multiple stab wounds. An autopsy has been scheduled at MUSC in Charleston, for Monday, May 4, at 08:30 a.m.
The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department Department and the Lexington County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate this incident.
