Former State Senator Vincent Sheheen was the speaker at the Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce’s Business Breakfast meeting, Tuesday. Sheheen is the author of the book “The Concise Guide to South Carolina State Government.”
The breakfast was sponsored By Republic Services and held at Columbia Fireflies Segra Park in Columbia.

M. B. Kahn purchased 10 copies of Sheheen’s book to give them away.
