Officer Myers was recognized as West Columbia Police Department Officer of the Quarter at the March 2026 Regular Council Meeting, Tuesday evening. As School Resource Officer at East Point Elementary School, he has been recognized for his exemplary performance. Officer Myers is constantly volunteering for community events, building relationships with his students, and implementing programs for the betterment of his school. SRO Myers’ supervisors have received numerous compliments from teachers at the school and parents of students about the great relationships he is building while making the school a safe place to be.
