The South Carolina Department of Transportation reopened the Calks Ferry Road bridge over I-20 in Lexington County ahead of schedule on September 23.

The bridge was closed on September 8 and the repairs were expected to last until October.

SCDOT would like to thank drivers for their patience as crews worked to finish repairs and reopen the bridge.
