Duncan built his life and career in Lexington County. In addition to his military service, he currently serves as a Commissioner with the Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission and previously served on the Sheriff’s Advisory Council. Together with his wife Shannon, Duncan manages the day-to-day responsibilities of running a small business in Lexington County, balancing the challenges of entrepreneurship with the joys of raising their two children, teaching them the value of hard work, integrity, and service.

“As most of you know, House District 88 has faced a rough stretch recently,” Duncan said. “But our future is not behind us—it’s ahead of us. Our community is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes real challenges: traffic congestion, public safety, and making sure our values are defended at every level of government. It’s time for leadership that will stand firm, fight for our families, and deliver results.”

Duncan has already been actively campaigning across the district, meeting with families, business owners, and community leaders. “The support has been overwhelming,” he noted. “People are ready for new energy and a representative who will fight for them. “I stand firm as a pro-life, pro-Second Amendment conservative. I will fight to defend the unborn, safeguard your constitutional right to bear arms, and make sure those who break the law are held responsible.”

He has also received key endorsements from respected leaders, including, Congressman Joe Wilson, Attorney General Alan Wilson, Lexington County Councilman, Todd Cockrell, Mayor Cindy Campbell of South Congaree and former Lt. Governor Andre Bauer.

“I am here to listen, to serve, and to earn your vote,” Duncan said. “It would be an honor to represent District 88 in the State House. Together, we can build a stronger, safer, more prosperous community for generations to come.”
