A Back-to School Bash is being held on Saturday Aug. 16, at Brookland Monticello Baptist Church and the Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment Center. Sponsored by AT&T, it’s from 10 am until 2 pm at 1032 Monticello Street, West Columbia.

There will be free school supplies for youth and teens and a day of fellowship and community support. Free hot dogs, chips, drinks, ice cream, Italian Ice and more.
