West Columbia’s Chip Browne, husband of Melissa Sprouse Brown, passed away on Thursday, July 3. Chip had been in the hospital for 30 days after a traffic accident near McSwain Drive in West Columbia. He was the Real Estate School of South Carolina owner, with Melissa.

Chip Browne has been a respected member of the real estate community since 1978. He began teaching in 1982 and has taught thousands of real estate professionals throughout South Carolina. He is the Broker in Charge of South Carolina Realty where he valued ethics and professionalism, along with strict compliance with the SC License Law.

 His funeral service, which will be held on:

• Saturday, July 12 at 11:00 AM
• Northside Baptist Church – Lexington
• 4347 Sunset Blvd, Lexington, SC

A reception will follow at the church from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, where friends and loved ones are invited to gather and remember Chip.
