Students revel in House of Raeford FLOCK’s Beyond Goals Soccer Tournament across from Riverbank Elementary School
The House of Raeford Beyond Goals Soccer Tournament took place at the soccer fields across from Riverbank Elementary School, Thursday afternoon. Beyond Goals is a mentorship program instilling perseverance, teamwork, and sportsmanship to elementary school students.

“It’s just awesome to see how the families get involved. That makes Beyond Goals a truly special partnership,” said Chuck Underhill who directs FLOCK, House of Raeford’s charitable arm that operates in West Columbia.
The Riverbank Sea Turtle showed up for all the students who participated and the parents who came out to watch the soccer competition.
For many of the participants, transportation was a challenge. So FLOCK, which supports a number of Lexington Two student initiatives, came in to help. FLOCK paid for bus transportation for student participants. FLOCK has also provided stipends for teachers who work and coach with the program. Brookland-Cayce High School students volunteered as mentors.
