West Columbia Police responded to 80 collisions in February according to data

The number of calls to the City of West Columbia Police Department dropped in February. The WCPD received 2,791 calls for service in February, which had only 28 days. It was the lowest Number of calls in the last year and the only month with fewer than 3,000 calls for the month. The WCPD made 73 arrests in February, compared to 70 in January. The WCPD releases monthly data reports

WCPD officers issued 299 citations in February. There were 80 collisions in February and 19 DUIs. Response time dropped to 5:41 in February. Down from 5:55 in January.
