On Thursday, March 6, officers with the West Columbia Police Department responded to reports of a man entering homes without permission. No one was hurt during these incidents. Hours after these reports, officers made an arrest on 36-year-old Lawrence Dawson-Coleman of Columbia for trespassing connected to these cases. He was transported to the Lexington County Detention Center to await bond court.
