The ribbon was cut on the new Century 21 803 Realty office at 140 State Street in West Columbia, Thursday. The event was sponsored by the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce.

Tim Williams, an Airport High School grad, is the head of the business. He said he is glad to invest in the community and he looks forward to his business growing in West Columbia.

West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles welcomed Williams and acknowledged that the new office is in a historic property that has been revitalized and become a hot district to locate.

Chamber President and CEO Tim James presented Williams with a Resolution declaring it “Century 21 803 Realty” Day.

JB Beckett, Chamber Board Member, lauded the growth in the River District and Century 21 803 Realty Branch Manager Rachel Coward said she’s eager to show her clients why West Columbia is a great place to live.
