Cook Out coming to former site of Hardee’s in West Columbia
A new Cook Out restaurant will be built at 1413 Charleston Highway, West Columbia. Crews are on the site now preparing it for construction. The former Hardee’s building that was on the property was torn down recently. It’s next door to Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
The Hardee’s restaurant that was on the property had been closed for more than 5 years. Developers began the application process to build the Cook Out, with the City of West Columbia, in April. An opening date has not been announced yet.
