The ribbon was cut at Spa MD, formerly known as Spa 131, Thursday afternoon. The new location is at 601 Center Street, West Columbia.

Spa MD offers therapeutic massage therapy, medical grade skincare and more, plus retail products to discerning guests. Marci Delaney, Spa MD owner, welcomed a large crowd that gathered outside of her new building.

West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles and West Columbia City Councilman Joseph Dickey lauded Marci for her effort to refurbish the building for her business. Cayce-West Columbia Chamber President Tim James praised Marci for her many years as a small business in West Columbia.

Marci was surrounded by her family and staff members as she cut the ribbon. She streamed the event out-of-state to her mother, who is over the age of 90.
