The Langley Pointe Apartments are open and now leasing. Langley Pointe is a $60 million high-end apartment complex, with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units at the intersection of Henbet Drive and Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia.

There are 9 different floor plans, and the apartments feature granite countertops, tile backsplashes, 9-ft. ceilings, sunrooms, and woodgrain flooring. Other amenities include trey ceilings, crown molding, soaking tubs, patios, balconies, and walk-in closets.
