No injuries were reported after a Lexington County home was destroyed by a fire Friday morning.
The Lexington County Fire Service responded to the 100 block of George Lewis Road in Gilbert around 6 a.m. on Friday, after a report of a structure fire. The home was already fully involved as units arrived on scene. No one was inside the home at the time of the fire. The cause remains under investigation.
