Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who died, Wednesday, as a result of a motor vehicle collision.

The crash occurred on Feb. 5, in the 3800 block of SC Highway 6, near the intersection of Edmund Highway, at approximately 7:20 p.m.

According to Fisher, Mr. Dillan Alexander Roldan, 15, of Pelion was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries Wednesday.

Mr. Roldan was a passenger in one of the three vehicles involved in the collision. The incident remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
