The Lexington Police Department reported a collision with injuries at the intersection of West Main Street (US-1) at Park Road, just after noon on Tuesday. The crash resulted in the closing of all lanes of Park Road, along with outbound lanes on West Main Street. Traffic was detoured.

Just after 1 p.m. all lanes of West Main Street and Park Road reopened. The collision was caused by a driver failing to yield the right of way during a turn across opposing lanes of traffic, said the LPD.
