The City of West Columbia Planning Commission will consider the rezoning of a 6.34 acre portion of 1820 Sunset Boulevard on the east side of Botanical Parkway. The property is now zoned Residential 4. The request is to rezone it to Residential 3.
The rezoning request is scheduled to be heard at the planning commission’s meeting. It’s at 6 p.m. at West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12 St. Wet Columbia.
