The Pineview Dixie Youth Baseball Coach’s Pitch All-Star team clinched the District 4 Coach’s Pitch Championship in Gaston, Wednesday.

Pineview won five consecutive games in five days. Pineview beat: Midlands 15-1; Lexington National 12-0; Blythewood 13-3; and Lexington American 10-5. In the championship game, Pineview defeated Lexington National 5-4. Lexington National is the defending SC State Coach’s Pitch Champion. Pineview scored 45 runs and only gave up 13 runs in the five District 4 tournament games.

Pineview will play in the state tournament in Dillon. It’s July 8 through July 11.
