The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an attempted sexual assault. The incident was reported Sunday afternoon and happened in Crooked Creek Park in Chapin.

A female exercising in the park says a shirtless white man in his 20s wearing khaki cargo shorts grabbed her and tried to pull her into the woods.

The sketch is based on the female’s description of the suspect.
