I-77 bridge rehab near Cayce, West Columbia, Columbia and Lexington is complete. The southbound lanes are open. SCDOT reported that the lanes were opened around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

The northbound lanes were opened on April 2 after being repaired. SCDOT crews worked around the clock to finish the accelerated project. Repair of the southbound bridges began on April 14. SCDOT reports that a smooth, sound driving surface has been added to the I-77 bridges between I-26 and the Bluff Road Exit.
