Gray Collegiate basketball player Mychael Mitchell is at home resting, according to Gray head basketball coach Dion Bethea.

“Myke is doing fine. He is at home resting, and his mom and dad would like to thank everyone for their prayers,” Bethea said in a Facebook post in which he gave an update on his player’s condition, Thursday.

Mitchell collapsed, and had a seizure, at a game on Tuesday versus Keenan.
“My heart just dropped very emotional experience for anyone, including myself,” Bethea said.

Gray is the No. 1 ranked basketball team in the state in the 2A classification.
