On Sunday the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department alerted drivers of some areas that will be under watch.

Over the next few days, traffic deputies are conducting extra patrols in the areas – listed below – due to citizen concerns and inquiries. Deputies ask that drivers please slow down. Wear your seat belt. Always drive sober. The patrols are there for safety, states the LCSD.
