The buildings of Beacon Hill Block on Airport Boulevard and Boston Avenue are being demolished.

It’s a shopping center where there was a Lizard’s Thicket restaurant. The Lizard’s Thicket and several other storefronts are being torn down. There was also a Subway in the strip, along with an insurance agency and a nail salon and other businesses. In June of 2020 – in the middle of the COVID crisis – Lizard’s Thicket announced that the restaurant at 2240 Airport Boulevard would close.
