Cooperative Health Mobile Unit, in partnership with Turner Memorial AME Church, is serving the health needs in West Columbia’s Community of District 5 and surrounding areas.

The Mobile unit is located at Turner Memorial AME Church parking lot at 1122 Monticello Street, West Columbia, every other Monday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

At Cooperative Health, teams have tremendous expertise in the delivery of a full-continuum of primary care services to include pediatrics, adult and family, obstetrics and gynecology, dental, podiatry, behavioral medicine, orthopedics, and in-house pharmacies. 

Covid19 testing is also available. Services are intended to nurture the health and well-being of patients, families and communities served – all ages, all backgrounds, all abilities.
