The University of South Carolina defeated 15th ranked Auburn 30-22, Saturday.
The win ended a couple of droughts for the Gamecocks. It was the first win over a ranked team at home in 16 games. It was also the first victory since 1933 over the Tigers and the first win over Auburn since South Carolina joined the Southeastern Conference in 1992.
