The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department said around 8:30 a.m. Thursday to expect delays on I-20 near exit 55.
The post from the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department reads:
“A driver has died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound after being involved in a single car crash in the eastbound lanes, according to witness statements.Our investigation into the death is ongoing.“
