The Largest Open House of New Homes is the 2020 TOUR OF HOMES and it includes West Columbia properties.      

It begins Saturday and will be held over the next two weekends in September from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.  The annual scattered-site showing will showcase four New Home Communities and 36 new homes for your inspection September 19-20, 26-27.
