Lexington County deputies and other first responders were at the scene of a shooting in Manchester Park subdivision, in the Red Bank area of Lexington County, after a deputy was shot, Saturday afternoon. A man had barricaded himself in a house.

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department later reported the man who had barricaded himself in the home, has been taken into custody. The woulds to the deputy are reportedly not life-threatening.
