There have been 440 confirmed cases of coronavirus in West Columbia (29169) as of Monday, according to the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control.

In Cayce (29033) DHEC reports 208 coronavirus cases and there have been 310 confirmed cases in the 29170 Zip code, in the Springdale -West Columbia area.

There have been 85 coronavirus-related deaths in Lexington County, according to DHEC.

There have been face mask ordinances passed in Cayce and West Columbia in July in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus.
