A big tenant is coming to Sunset Court in the 200 block of Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia, according to Horizon Commercial real estate. Sunset Court is across from Grecian Gardens and Food Lion.

The company is marketing a 1600-sq-ft space at the west end of Sunset Court. Horizon said it would be “Ideal for Smoothie bar, Coffee shop, Donut Shop etc.” It’s the former DeLucca’s location.

The property is characterized as a “Corner unit with Huge Big tenant coming next door with excellent traffic.” It’s : Right off Hwy 26 and Lexington Medical” Center.

The new, huge, tenant is expected to be announced in the next day or so.

Mai Thai restaurant and The Karate Dojo are in the same shopping center. At one time a Fred’s store was there. Most recently there was a Super Dollar in the building.
