A collision on North Lake Drive (SC-6) at Old Cherokee Road has been cleared from the road and all lanes have reopened. The Lexington Police Department reported the crash around 6:45.

The collision affected inbound and outbound traffic for a while.

Police asked motorists to avoid the area and seek an alternate route until the road was cleared. The collision was caused by a driver failing to yield the right-of-way, said police.
