Riverbank Elementary School students bid farewell to the 2019-2020 school year Friday.

The school year was abruptly suspended March 16 by order of Gov. Henry McMaster and students were not allowed to come back for fear of spreading the coronavirus.

On Friday a car line sounded horns, waved good-bye and had a bit of an end-of-year fest as faculty and staff from Riverbank collected supplies from the students.
