The S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control has published a chart that shows the number of COVID-19 cases by zip code.

The chart, as of Friday, showed one case of coronavirus in West Columbia, or the 29169 zip code. There was also a case in the 29170 zip code, which is also West Columbia and Springdale. There were none listed in Cayce, or the 29033 zip code.

There are 20 -or 24 listed on the graphic- cases of coronavirus in Lexington County, according to DHEC. There has been one death.

On March 16, DHEC reported the state’s first death related to COVID-19 novel coronovirus. The victim was a resident of an extended care nursing facility, in Lexington.
