Young was recognized at the Chamber’s breakfast Tuesday at Caughman Harman Funeral Home, 820 West Dunbar Rd., West Columbia.

The featured speaker at the breakfast was Todd Buehrig, Executive Director for the Southeastern Chapter of the National Safety Council.
