A three-vehicle collision on Corley Mill Road near Mill Stream Road, in Lexington, has the outbound lane closed. The Lexington Police Department reported the incident at about 3:55 p.m., Friday.

Police asked motorists to please avoid the area until the road reopens. Also, be alert to emergency personnel who are on scene.
