Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard’s father to campaign for her in West Columbia, Saturday
Press Release from Brookland Dwellers –On Saturday (Feb. 1) from 1-2:30 p.m., Hawaii State Senator Michael Gabbard and his wife, Carol Gabbard, will be hosting a meet and greet at The American Legion Post 79, 762 B Avenue, West Columbia. Light refreshments will be provided (while supplies last).
They will be speaking on behalf of their daughter, Tulsi Gabbard, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for President. Tulsi is a congresswoman, war veteran of the Middle East, and reserve officer.
Tulsi’s platform is based on uniting voters from all parties behind ideas that are very popular with the American people:
1) Ending costly, destructive wars.
2) Focusing resources on revitalizing neglected communities here at home.
3) Approaching progress with mutual respect and dignity.
Tulsi’s story and unique perspective highlights the challenges that all advocates for peace face inside the American Government. It should be informative to both Republicans and Democratic voters who are decided and undecided alike. All are invited to attend.
The Democratic primaries in South Carolina will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 and are open to all voters regardless of party affiliation.
