The following West Columbia city employees were recognized for 10 years of service at the City Council Meeting, Tuesday: Tommy Todd, Police Department, Matt Deas, Police Department, Stacy Turner, Police Department, Odell Smith, Maintenance Department, Chris Cranford, Water Distribution, Andy Upp, Water Distribution, and Eric Sharpe, Water Billing.
