West Columbia Mayor Bobby Horton and West Columbia City Council named West Columbia Public Works Director Jamie Hook as an Exception West Columbia Employee, Tuesday at the city council meeting. Hook was presented with a resolution by West Columbia Mayor Pro-Tem, Tem Miles.
