To make the Langley Pointe project come to fruition, we worked in close collaboration with the city of West Columbia, Lexington County, (the SC Department of Transportation) and other stakeholders.”
The apartments will have 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and other high-end finishes, according to a release published in The State newspaper. The apartment complex will also have a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a dog park and pet spa, and electric vehicle charging stations.
